Braver than I am, too. It didn't sound so bad, until I read the part about the gallbladder audibly "releasing." A little freaky for my taste. Did your midwife suggest it?
My sister is a registered Gershon Therapist and coffee enemas are a major part of that therapy. She is also pregant (again - yippee!!) and has done plenty of research stating that it is perfectly safe for pregnant women to do them and she continues to do them herself. I have my midwife appointment tomorrow and I will also mention it to her just to be safe. I have also read that enemas, coffee or otherwise are commonly used during pregnancy expecially before labour to "clear" the way...

Do you know how glad I am that I am regular?
Glenna, you crack me up! I too am glad that you are regular. If I had one wish in the world, it would be to be regular...
